Establishment of a "turnkey" company within 2 weeks
The trading company is established according to the contractual requirements of the client in compliance with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic.
Deposit of an investment into the registered capital (for joint stock companies in the min. sum of 2.000.000 CZK and for limited liability companies in the min. sum of 200.000 CZK) and provision of a registered office not only in Prague, including acceptance of sent correspondence, is a matter of course.
We also establish companies in all EU countries as well as in Hong Kong and offshore areas.
Ready made (i.e. already established) sale of a company within 2 days
Ready-made companies are companies that:
- originated expressly for the purpose of sale to a contractual partner,
- have their registered capital fully paid off and have been allocated an identification number (Company Identification Number),
- have not yet executed any activities,
- are registered for income tax,
- are prepared for sale within 24 hours and the client may ACT ON THE COMPANY'S BEHALF IMMEDIATELY.

Criteria may be:
- required turnover for the accounting period
- duration of economic activities by the company
- financial state of the company.
Nominee services
Complex administrative services by our company also include the option of the provision of persons for the function of statutory body (authorised representative or member of the Board of directors and/or Supervisory Board). This service is called a "nominee service" abroad.
Our qualified employees are prepared to act in these functions for a limited or unlimited period, during which time they follow the contractual instructions of our client during performance of their function.
