Debt collection
If it is appropriate to recover a debt by out of court collection, we will put legal pressure on the debtor to settle its obligation in a manner acceptable to you. We can also inform you whether there is justifiable suspicion that the debtor or the debtor’s statutory representative has committed any offence in relation to business or to property.
The contractual reward is calculated from the sum of the collected debt or its part and, identically to the bond, is determined in the Contract for Mandate and ranges as standard between 3 – 15% of the collected sum. Costs for collection of the debt are borne by us.
Purchase of debts
In the event you are interested in rapid conversion of your debts into cash for any reason, we can offer to immediately purchase them at an agreed price corresponding to the debtor's solvency and the security of the debt.
We do not require any guarantees and our contract documentation is very simple. We will purchase any debt with a security exceeding 400.000 CZK.
